🎯 What’s this Snap about?

<aside>

Sometimes, AI just doesn’t get it.

The fix? Add a secret code — a quick phrase that sets the tone, the role, or the goal before the model even starts thinking.

This Snap shows you how to use that kind of starter line to unlock sharper, more focused answers — in less time, with less frustration.

🧠 Why this works (The mental trick)

<aside>

AI doesn't really “think” — it follows instructions in the order you give them.

If your prompt starts with a flat request like:

“Summarize this article”

…it has no idea who it’s supposed to be, or how deep to go.

But when you begin with a role, context, or goal, you’re not just prompting — you’re framing the mindset the AI should adopt.

That’s what we call a “secret code” — it sets the stage for everything that follows.

✍️ Try it: The Prompt + Example

<aside>

Let’s compare two prompts — one standard, and one with a secret code added:

❌ Basic prompt:

Summarize this article about climate change.

✅ With secret code:

Like You are a univversity professor. Summarizethis article on climate change for first-year students.Make it simple

See the shift?

The second version gives the AI a role, a goal, and an audience — so it can tailor the answer much more precisely.

🗂 The Secret Code Library (How to Choose the Right One)

<aside>

Not all “secret codes” are the same.

Some tell the AI who it is. Others tell it what to aim for.

That’s why i’ve started building a full library of prompt-starters — sorted by function and effect.

Each one has a clear structure and can be combined if needed — but just adding one smart code can already boost clarity and relevance.

🧠 How to search Smart in this Secret Code Library

<aside>

This Secret Code Library is still growing — and yep, it’s not perfect.

I’d love to offer you a magical filter bar to sort things your way. But with the tools I’m using (hello Notaku), we’re not there yet.

Instead, I’ve built:

They’re here to help you find the right trick faster, depending on what you need — whether it’s writing with more bite, less fluff, or more care.

Scroll, explore, and pick what clicks.
